The Human Resources department collects all incoming CVs in a database according to the specialization of each candidate.
All CVs are kept for one year and are then permanently deleted.
AHI Carrier SE Europe S.A certifies that the personal information disclosed through resumes is kept confidential and is not communicated in any way to third parties (according to Greek Law 2472/97 and Greek Law 2819/2000 on the protection of personal data).
When there is a job vacancy, all available CVs are evaluated against the prerequisite requirements for the specific position. Only selected candidates will be contacted.
3Capability Based Interviews
All selected candidates are invited for a capability based interview. During each interview, special attention is given to the knowledge, experience, skills and behaviors essential to effectively perform within the job.
At all stages of the process candidates are kept informed of the status of their application via telephone or with an email reply letter.
If a candidate successfully reaches the final stage, the candidate receives an Offer Letter with the details of the position, compensation and benefits provided.
